Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist at Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC will perform diagnostic radiologic procedures and support patient care across a busy urgent care setting in Chantilly, VA. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and assistants to deliver accurate imaging results while ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining records, and adhering to ALARA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT certification required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required at time of hire (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services under the direction of the clinical provider.
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during imaging.
• Maintain medical records and document procedures in electronic systems.
• Coordinate with Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients to support care.
• Follow ALARA radiation safety protocols and perform routine equipment maintenance.
