Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT registered or registry eligible with graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
• Ability to effectively deal with patients, families, hospital staff and physicians.
• Excellent computer, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Registry must be current and updated before expiration date.
• If registry eligible, must be registered within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Administer x-rays to various body areas to produce clinically diagnostic images.
• Operate x-ray equipment, develop film and prepare room for radiologic procedures.
