Qualifications
Solid understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
Proficient in operating CT equipment, especially in trauma care settings.
Experience or familiarity with nuclear medicine is a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform imaging procedures including X-rays, CTs, and PET scans according to established protocols.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare and position patients, clearly explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Follow strict infection control and radiation safety protocols.
Collaborate with physicians to determine the best imaging approach for each patient.
Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient histories.
