Responsibilities

• Take X-ray pictures using portable machines and send them to a doctor for review.
• Move portable X-ray equipment to different locations for exams.
• Perform EKG tests if needed and send results to a heart doctor.
• Scan and organize exam paperwork and billing documents as required.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and clients.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Take X-ray pictures using portable machines and send them to a doctor for review.
• Move the portable X-ray equipment from the company vehicle to different locations to perform the exams requested by the doctor. Make sure the X-ray images are clear and useful for diagnosis.
• If needed, perform EKG tests (heart checks) and send the results to a heart doctor for review.
• Daily, scan and organize exam paperwork and billing documents as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, management, dispatch, and clients.

Qualifications

• Keep all required state licenses and/or ARRT certification, as well as meet health and work requirements.
• Have a valid driver’s license that is up-to-date.

Certification Requirements

• Must have ARRT certification.

State License Requirements

• Must have a license for Massachusetts.

Additional License Requirements

• Limited licenses are not accepted.
