Job summary

Columbus Arthritis Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient rheumatology practice, offering a stable weekday schedule with no weekends, no on-call shifts, and no major holiday shifts.

You will perform diagnostic X-ray exams, help prepare patients, maintain imaging quality and safety, and support radiology administration in a collaborative CAC team setting. Strong patient-service skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduates of accredited Radiologic Technology programs are required.
• Ohio radiologic license is required.
• ARRT certification is preferred.
• DEXA experience is a plus.
• Strong patient service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative tasks; able to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Outpatient or physician-practice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by providers.
• Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow radiation safety and patient identification procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation.
• Prepare imaging studies for provider review and routing.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communication, records, and radiology-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain radiology equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Follow established quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and CAC team.
• Provide additional support to the radiology department as needed.
