Job summary

Concentra is seeking an X Ray Technologist - Tuition Reimbursement to perform routine radiologic exams under supervision, while delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced center in Ephrata, PA. The role includes equipment operation, safety, and documentation, with the added benefit of tuition reimbursement for eligible staff.

Qualifications include ARRT certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least six months of medical assisting experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with state certification.
• Registered with ARRT and active certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• At least six months of medical assistant experience with medical terminology.
• Occupational medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, escort to dressing and x-ray rooms, and position body parts for radiography.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images and ensure safety.
• Apply radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
• Maintain radiology equipment, perform QA/QC, and document activities.
• Support DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing as needed.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Greet patients, check in/out, and handle front-office duties.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper record keeping.
