Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is offering an Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Development Program at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.

This 10-week online certification through MTMI includes paid 36-hour weeks and hands-on preceptor-led clinical hours at HCA facilities, with the goal of placing participants in a Full Time CT Tech role after completion. Qualified Radiologic Technologists holding an ARRT credential can participate.

Qualifications

• Be in a Radiologic Technologist role, or similar role, throughout the 10‑week program.
• Have a current ARRT credential.
• Complete 36 hours per week of CT clinical hours over a consecutive 10‑week period.
• Must be employed by HCA Healthcare and complete clinicals at an HCA Healthcare participating facility.

Responsibilities

• Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion and be placed in a Full Time CT Tech position.
