Job summary

Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Full Time Radiology Tech Supervisor to lead the Radiology department on Weekdays, 7:00-15:30. You will supervise imaging staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with safety and documentation standards.

Qualified candidates have an Associate's degree, minimum 5 years in radiology with leadership experience, ARRT/MRT and BLS certifications, and be available for on-call duties with a 30-minute response time.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years radiology experience; leadership preferred.
• ARRT, MRT, and BLS certifications required.
• Must be able to be on-call and respond within 30 minutes of notification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all areas of the Radiology department and follow physician orders.
• Perform quality procedures and maintain quality patient care and documentation.
• Ensure radiation safety and maintain equipment QC and records.
• Coordinate imaging students and department involvement; adapt to census fluctuations.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Working supervisors coordinate all areas of the Radiology department, follows physician orders, performs quality procedures, practices quality patient care, customer service, maintains competencies, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, coordinates imaging students, department involvement, performs other duties as assigned. Flexibility required with erratic census and unexpected needs of the department. Must work successfully within structure of team concept.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education/Skills: Associate's degree
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience. Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications:
  • ARRT
  • MRT
  • BLS obtained by HCA approved vendor.
• Specific Requirements: Must be able to be on an on-call status and respond within thirty (30) minutes of notification.
