Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• State licensure as a radiologic technologist.
• Experience with fluoroscopy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Explain X-ray procedures and interventional procedures to patients and ensure understanding.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
• Protective shielding to minimize radiation exposure.
• Operate X-ray/MRI/fluoroscopy equipment and document procedures.
• Maintain patient records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to support procedures.
