Job summary

Avera Flandreau Hospital seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiographic and CT equipment, producing diagnostic images under physician direction.

You will support PACS, RIS, and HIS EMR systems, uphold safety and quality standards, mentor staff and students, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to move health forward for patients and the community.

Hours: Primarily days with on-call involvement; competitive pay and bonus eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or radiologic technology certificate completed or in progress.
• ARRT certification obtained or completed within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to perform radiology procedures accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology and CT exams per established standards.
• Communicate findings to radiologists and referring physicians.
• Maintain and archive images in PACS/RIS/HIS EMR systems.
• Mentor staff and students during rotations and training.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality procedures.

Education

Associate’s degree or Radiologic Technology certificate
