Job summary

Icco, Llc. in Salem, Oregon is hiring a Radiologic Technologist or Limited Radiologic Technologist. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the full-time role and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for the full-time Limited Radiologic Technologist role.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, operating CR and DR systems, ensuring safety and shielding, and updating medical records. Requirements: graduate of an accredited Limited Radiologic Technology Program, LXMO license

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Limited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Current LXMO license with Spine, Extremities, and Chest Modules.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating all required radiologic equipment.
• Position patients and x-ray equipment to achieve diagnostic images.
• Knowledge of shielding protocols and exposure settings per examination.
• Select appropriate radiation exposure per patient and exam specifications.
• Use of CR and DR systems to capture and store images.
• Examine images for density, contrast, and definition; assess quality.
• Send and store images and update medical records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
