Job summary

MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiologic and lab duties while delivering excellent patient care. The role includes front desk support, patient check-in/out, and ensuring accurate documentation of records.

Responsibilities include operating x-ray views per orders, maintaining equipment, conducting in-house lab tests, and coordinating with Center Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic and lab duties in accordance with license and policies.
• Perform all x-ray views per provider orders and document patient records.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting, check-in/out, and records release.
• Maintain and calibrate lab/x-ray equipment; run controls and inspections.
• Maintain records and logs of in-house and external lab work and x-ray activity.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies; may work alternate shifts or float.
