Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to perform bedside x-ray exams for patients in Providence, RI and surrounding areas. The role uses a company vehicle and supports part-time or PRN scheduling with mid-evening shifts.

Licensure for RI/MA x-ray required (company covers a second license). You’ll ensure image quality, radiation safety, and timely transmission of images for interpretation.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Active RI/MA x-ray licenses or willingness to attain if bordering state.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile x-ray exams at patient bedside.
• Drive to healthcare facilities and residences using company vehicle.
• Ensure proper positioning, radiation safety, and image quality.
• Upload and transmit images for timely interpretation.

Position Details:

• Location: Providence, RI and Surrounding Areas
• Schedule: Part‑Time & PRN
• Shift: Mid‑shift, evening shift
• Pay Range: $32-40/hr
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend rotation
• Licensure: RI & MA x-ray licenses (company will pay for 2nd license)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile x-ray exams at patient bedside
• Drive to healthcare facilities and residences using company vehicle
• Ensure proper positioning, radiation safety, and image quality
• Upload and transmit images for timely interpretation

Qualifications:

• ARRT(R) certification required
• Active state x-ray licenses or willingness to attain if bordering state (as applicable)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
