Job summary

Barstow Community Hospital in Barstow, CA, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist - Rad Tech - Per Diem. You will perform portable, OR, fluoroscopy and routine radiography studies under the direction of the Radiologist and the Director of Radiology, with emphasis on CT proficiency.

The role requires ARRT/CRT with fluoroscopy license and CPR/BLS certification. 3 years radiography/CT experience preferred; on-site shifts are per diem and pay ranges from $36.70 to $52.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• ARRT and CRT with Fluoroscopy license.
• CPR/BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Technical radiography training is required as a baseline.

Responsibilities

• Perform portable, OR, fluoroscopy and routine radiography studies under supervision.
• Proficient in CT imaging.
• Assist with clerical functions related to the performance of a radiologic study.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Radiologist and the Director of Radiology performs a wide variety of studies including but not limited to portable, OR, fluoroscopy, routine radiography and some special procedures.

• The technologist is proficient in CT.
• It is expected that the employee learn the clerical functions in the department to the extent that they can complete all the clerical functions associated with the performance of a study.

Qualifications:

• ARRT, CRT with Fluoroscopy License.
• Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS course certified by the American Heart Association.

Pay:

Pay $36.70 - $52.80 per hour

Education

Required

Technical/other training or better in Radiography.

Experience

Preferred

3 years:

3 years Radiography and CT experience preferred
