Job summary

OSI Recruit is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technician for Willamette Valley Medical Center in Oregon. You will review patient history and physician orders, educate patients about procedures, prepare equipment, and perform imaging with proper exposure settings while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting radiology equipment, maintaining quality control, and supporting the department's workflow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Program in Radiological Technology.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Current license by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician orders.
• Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure understanding.
• Prepares equipment and supplies.
• Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters.
• Implements safety standards and quality control procedures on equipment.
• Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
