Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Arkansas to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support patient care. You will operate imaging equipment, ensure safety, and maintain accurate procedure records while communicating clearly with patients and health staff.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program with clinical hours, and may require ARRT-Radiography certification and BLS, with licensure depending on the state of practice.

Qualifications

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, upholding high-quality imaging standards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings. Position Details:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program

Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists-Radiography (ARRT(R)); Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
