Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate radiologic technique and patient positioning based on anatomy and condition.
• Operate radiology equipment and secure immobilization devices as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards to protect patients and staff; maintain exposure badge and room cleanliness.
• Coordinate quality control tasks: label images, prepare contrast media, perform daily processor sensitometry; ensure timely exams.
• Maintain patient records, statistics, and communicate with patients to provide smooth department operations.
