Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures in accordance with ALARA and departmental protocols. You will ensure accuracy of images, document thoroughly, and operate RIS/PACS and related hospital systems.
Must complete an accredited Radiology Technology program, be ARRT registered or eligible, NJDEP licensed; CPR preferred. Shifts vary; minimum 24 hours per 6-week block; hourly pay around $45 with a $500 sign-on bonus.
New to Virtua hires are eligible for sign on bonus of $500
Must work a minimum of 24 hours within each 6-week schedule block.
Shifts will vary, typically 4, 8 or 12 hours.
Times can also vary (8:30a-12:30p, 12:30p-9p, 8:30a-9p, 8:30a-5p, 5p-9p, 3p-9p) depending on the need.
A licensed practitioner responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic Purposes.
Performs a wide variety of radiologic procedures in accordance with established and approved protocols and standards.
Operates all radiographic equipment in a safe and responsible manner following appropriate ALARA guidelines.

Adheres to all Virtua policies and procedures.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.)
NJDEP licensure required.
CPR certification preferred.
$45.00 - $45.00 Hourly
