Job summary

Jefferson Health in Stratford, NJ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform clinical diagnostic exams, explain procedures to patients, and prepare the room. You will assist physicians during invasive procedures under a Radiologist and perform clerical duties to keep the unit running smoothly.

Requirements include completion of an approved program and ARRT certification, with 1–3 months of experience or training. Salary ranges and benefits reflect innovation in patient care and team support.

Job Description

Radiologic Technologists are responsible for the following:

• Performs clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
• Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and obtains complete patient history.
• Performs clerical duties necessary to the efficient operation of the unit.

Under the supervision of the Radiologist, the Radiologic Technologist will assist physicians during invasive procedures and provide basic patient care as needed by any patient.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 months experience and/or training required
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program
• ARRT certification required

Salary Range $30.41 to $43.33 Hourly The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive. Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
