Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our expanding radiology team. Under supervision, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for inpatients and outpatients, while adhering to ALARA principles and quality controls.
You will operate RIS/PACS, document patient history, ensure accurate labeling, and participate in on-call and off-site coverage as needed. Massachusetts licensure and ARRT registration are required, along with BLS certification.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor or Lead Technologist, performs a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce images of body structures for the diagnosis and treatment of medical disorders. Work includes but is not limited to OR, ER, Fluoroscopic, inpatient and outpatient populations, utilizing ionizing radiation. Monitors and maintains essential patient care and safety including practicing ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). Flexibility to work overtime/cover at other sites as needed, on-call and holiday rotation mandatory.
Candidate must be proficient in the use Radiologic equipment including C-arms/portable or in the absence of this skill the ability to be trained to a level of competency.
Completion of a Clinical internship in a hospital setting.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $52.01 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
