UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and support patient care. You will collaborate with providers, verify patient information, and ensure imaging quality across age groups from newborn to elderly.
The role requires ARRT registration, BLS, and state licensure as applicable. On-site work includes maintaining records and contributing to QA/QC processes for patient safety.

Hourly rate: $26.00 - $34.00 based on years of experience

Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, which include applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups.
The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for our UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is responsible for performing and analyzing patient x-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care Centers. In a collaborative manner, the Radiologic Technologist will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
Education: High School Diploma required; Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
Work Experience: Experience in a clinical setting preferred; Required Licenses/Certifications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire, obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required at time of hire. State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required at the time of hire (if applicable by state law).
