Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist - Pediatric to perform diagnostic imaging exams with fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic equipment. You will support trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine studies in a pediatric setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, Washington DOH registration within 3 months of hire, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
  • Registration with the ARRT required; must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist with the State of Washington within 3 months of hire.
  • BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
  • May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
  • Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
  • X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health permitted but must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health within the (3) three months of hiring.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
  • BLS Certification

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $37.29 - $61.64 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
