Qualifications

Responsibilities

Performs radiographic procedures to produce images of internal body organs and bones.
Explains procedures to patient, collects medical history, sets equipment, and positions patient for optimal images.
Views images to assess quality and forwards for review; maintains patient documentation.
Maintains supplies and reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
Ensures patient safety and provides comfort to patients.
Adheres to workplace safety, environmental, exposure control, and infection control practices.
