Job summary

PM Pediatrics in Weldon, PA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform pediatric X-ray procedures under physician supervision while supporting clinical operations. You will obtain medical history and vital signs, prepare patients for radiological procedures, and capture quality diagnostic images following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, quality control, adhering to HIPAA, assisting with QA, and contributing to patient care in a fast paced urgent care

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Radiologic Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Prepare patients for radiological procedures and take x-rays.

• Maintain daily radiology quality control at shift start.
• Assist in radiology QA program and report malfunctions.
• Assist in specimen collection and basic lab testing as needed.

The Radiologic Technologist role is an opportunity for an x-ray tech to apply their skills in a pediatric urgent care setting and assist with primary patient care based on individual patient needs within their scope of practice under the physician’s direct supervision.
