Job Summary: Performs imaging procedures in the perioperative setting, following departmental policies to ensure optimal patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Open to new graduates and experienced Technologists
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Full-time shifts available, with shift differentials and relocation assistance
• Note: Bonus not for current or recent former VUMC staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment for surgical imaging
• Review exam requests and patient IDs for safety and appropriateness
• Ensure exams meet quality and safety standards
• Provide radiation safety to patients and staff
• Assist in training new staff

Candidates may be considered if they can obtain licensure/certification within 6 months.

Technical Capabilities:

• Patient documentation, compliance, anatomy & physiology knowledge, radiology skills at novice level
