Job summary

Medical City Denton is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform quality radiologic procedures, follow physician orders, and deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining safety and documentation in a fast-paced environment. The position requires ARRT (R), TDSHS and BLS by AHA or ARC, vocational school training, and preferably 1 year of experience; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year experience.
• BLS required by AHA or ARC; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ARRT (R), TDSHS and BLS credentials required.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality radiologic procedures per physician orders.
• Maintain patient care and excellent customer service.
• Participate in call/holiday coverage.
• Maintain competency and knowledge of procedures.
• Participate in equipment quality control and documentation.
• Practice radiation safety and contribute to department initiatives.
