You will work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging services, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Job Description:

  • Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to review and interpret images.

  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout the imaging process.

Assist with patient education and address any questions or concerns.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI.

State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Alaska.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess an active Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Alaska Department of Health.
