Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under supervision.
  • Provide basic maintenance and repairs, QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving.
  • Collaborate with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and triage procedures.
  • Coordinate and participate in training of other Imaging staff and act as a clinical instructor.

Radiologic Technologist – Mammography Float (Finance)
Work Schedule

80% FTE, day shift. 8‑hour shifts with shift times ranging from 7:00AM – 5:00PM. Weekends 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Every other weekend at UW Health Union Corners location. This position will float to all screening locations and diagnostic locations. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Radiologic Technologist – Mammography
  • Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.
  • Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in the training of other Imaging technologists, fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs and assist in training other Imaging technologists.
