Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic procedures for a diverse patient population, with three 12‑hour shifts, Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, at our Memphis campus.

The Rad Tech I will uphold MLH Mission and Values while ensuring safety, quality, and compassionate care for the community we serve in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma required in radiology.
• Registration as Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
• BLS from American Heart Association required.
• No prior radiology work experience required.
• Ability to relate and communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, compliance activities, and policies and procedures.
• Effectively manages resources such as supplies and equipment.
• Plans work and completes job responsibilities in an efficient and productive manner.
• Demonstrates professional work behavior and excellent customer service routinely in all interactions.
