Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Technologist at Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX. The position runs evenings, Monday through Friday, from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, and is a full-time role in the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities include performing radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound or special procedures per department protocols, serving as the first line interface with patients, and ensuring high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• National certifications in two modalities required.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound or special procedures per department protocols.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and addresses imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities and supports Performance Improvement efforts.
• Oversees radiology area and staff in the Manager/Director’s absence.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.

Education

State licensure & fluoroscopy permit
