Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs per physician specifications.
• Adhere to radiation safety and organizational policies while serving patients of all ages.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and patient experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure adequate supplies.
• Communicate with patients to obtain history, explain procedures, and ensure comfort.
• Perform quality control and report equipment or environmental issues promptly.
• Document patient care activities in the EHR and distribute final images to PACS.
