Job summary

Essentia Health’s St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN, is hiring a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in an acute care setting.

You’ll administer ionizing radiation per patient protocol, assist in exam preparation, and ensure image quality while maintaining patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have ARRT certification or eligible, completion of an AMA Radiography program, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA Radiography Program with ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Must maintain ARRT certification upon earning it.
• Must have MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT cert.
• Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic purposes.
• Provide patient services and assist radiographic procedures.
• Ensure image quality and patient safety in an acute care setting.
