Job summary

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensure patient positioning and safety, and report results to medical providers. The role requires ARRT certification and ongoing QA/QC of equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, collaborating with providers, and adhering to radiation safety standards. BLS is required at hire, with a strong focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification at hire is required from ARC or AHA.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures and report results to providers.
• Position patients and ensure safety during X-ray procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment and QA/QC logs.
• Prepare patient information and documentation for procedures.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles.
