The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT is actively hiring Radiologic Technologists to join a dedicated team in a teaching hospital setting. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiographic imaging, positioning patients, and delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures including positioning patients and operating x-ray equipment.
• Provide patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment.

Shift Detail: Every Monday, Tuesday, Friday 11p-3a. Every other Thursday 11p-3a. Every other Weekend 4p-3a. Holiday and on-call rotations.

Position Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient.
