Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and high-quality imaging. You will operate imaging equipment, document results accurately, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

On-site, full-time day shifts with 3x12's or 4x10s, and a $10,000 sign-on incentive. Inpatient differential and referral bonus eligibility are also offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
• ARRT registry OR Registry eligible; BLS within 30 days of hire.
• State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

• Certification: Obtained ARRT registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Career Ladder Opportunities

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
• Experience: no experience required.
• Certification: Obtained ARRT registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Advanced Radiologic Technologist

• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
• Current Radiologic Technologists who are moving to Advanced Radiologic Technologist title on the career ladder must complete all required Radiologic Technologist competencies.

Senior Radiologic Technologist

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor's degree program.
• Certification: ARRT (R); Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
• Current Advanced Radiologic Technologists who are moving to Senior Radiologic Technologist title on the career ladder must complete all required Radiologic AND Advanced Radiologic Technologist competencies
