Job summary

MEP Health seeks a Multi-Modality Technologist to perform CT and X-Ray procedures, with support for other modalities and on-call coverage. Must communicate effectively with patients and maintain competency across at least two modalities.

The role requires ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS licensure in two radiology modalities and a relevant Radiology program background, with BLS certification at minimum.

Qualifications

• Radiology program graduate with ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS licensure in two modalities.
• Two-modality competency required for ongoing practice.
• 1–2 years clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross is required.

Job description

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs at least two procedures, primarily CT and X-Ray, supporting additional modalities regularly and providing on-call coverage. They are committed to patient-centered care and uphold the standards of a registered technologist.

Qualifications Include

• Serving all age groups
• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient communication, imaging equipment, and troubleshooting software
• Maintains competency in at least two modalities
• Licensure/certification in two radiology modalities (ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• 1-2 years of clinical radiology experience
