Job summary

TridentCare in Durham, NC is seeking a dedicated X-ray Technologist to join our mobile diagnostics imaging team. You will perform quality X-rays, maintain equipment, and support a compassionate, patient-centered workflow across multiple sites, including Durham, Greensboro and Chapel Hill.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, maintain state licensure, and can work flexible hours. The role offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to train other technologists

Qualifications

• Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification.
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally.
• Perform quality x-rays for radiologist/cardiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, per protocol.
• Train other technologists as needed.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

This position from Durham, Greensboro, Chapel Hill

HOURS- Monday- Thursday 10am- 8:30pm

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally
• Perform quality x-rays to transmit to radiologist/cardiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Demonstrate regular attendance
  • Train other technologists, as needed
  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic ability to use mobile device and apps
• Flexibility to adjust to changes and process improvements
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills, both written and oral

Requirements:
