Qualifications

• CPR certification (BLS) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of radiologic equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays, CT scans, fluoroscopy) following established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety; provide clear instructions and address concerns.
• Position patients accurately and use radiation protection techniques.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment; ensure it is in good condition.
• Review images for quality and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide timely results.
• Maintain patient records and complete documentation accurately.
• Adhere to regulatory and safety standards, including infection control.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with industry trends.
