Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist at GoHealth Urgent Care collaborates with medical providers to perform diagnostic x-rays, ensure proper patient positioning, and uphold radiation safety standards. The role supports administrative tasks and patient flow, contributing to accurate imaging and efficient patient care.

Required are a high school diploma and completion of an approved radiologic technologist program, with ARRT registration and state licensure as applicable. BLS is required at hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration and state licensed radiologic technologist (if required by state).
• BLS certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures for patients across all ages as directed by clinical providers.
• Position patients correctly and ensure radiation safety according to ALARA principles.
• Maintain medical records and assist with patient care and rooming.
