Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of Associates degree, Radiologic Sciences program.
• Experience: Two years preferred, new graduates welcome.
• Licensure/Registry: ARRT credentials for diagnostic imaging and NYS license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Imaging department procedures and protocols.
• Capable of setting acquisition factors for optimal image quality and positioning patients.
• Capable of following Radiologist protocols and evaluating images for quality.
• Follows policies regarding ISTAT use and patient identification.
