Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support patient care across ER, trauma, and OR settings. You will maintain licensure, comply with safety protocols, and deliver courteous service to patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requires HS or equivalent, completion of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, and RT certification; BLS is required and IR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • HS or equivalent required.
  • Satisfactory completion of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification.
  • New Jersey DEP License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • IR cert preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to departmental procedures and maintains compliance with life safety, radiation safety, and infection control requirements.
  • Performs radiologic procedures (Portables, ER, Trauma, Fluoro OR and General) as needed.
  • Maintains licensure and participates in departmental training.
  • Demonstrates courteous and professional behavior with patients and co-workers.
  • Assists with patient flow and throughput as part of the clinical team.
