Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of diagnostic imaging exams, using fixed imaging systems, portable radiography and fluoroscopy to support trauma cases, operating room procedures and routine studies. The role requires an AA degree in an imaging program, ARRT registration, WA state registration within 6 months, and BLS certification.

You will join the Mary Bridge Children’s Outpatient Center in the Puyallup area, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health; must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist within 3 months of hire.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
