Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Meridian, Idaho, is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for the Ten Mile and Garrity area with a 12-hour day shift. The successful candidate will be ARRT registered or currently enrolled in an ARRT program, with a BLS certification at hire and a commitment to radiation safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration or current enrollment in an ARRT-recognized program.
• ARRT registry exam to be completed within one year of hire after program completion.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire.
• Must follow radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations following physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exams to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to support quality patient care.
