Job summary

Hawaii Radiologic Associates, Ltd seeks a Radiologic Technologist for our Kailua-Kona clinic. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers full benefits and competitive pay, with starting hourly wages between $39.00 and $42.00 depending on experience.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-certified radiographers with Hawaii licensure (or able to obtain). You will perform X-ray and CT imaging, ensure safety, support quality control, and collaborate with radiologists and staff in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required; Hawaii license required or obtainable before start date.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; State of Hawaii License required or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality imaging.
• Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging of specified body areas in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare, transfer, and position patients safely and professionally prior to imaging.
• Operate equipment in compliance with patient safety, radiation safety, and health standards, including proper gonadal shielding.
• Perform quality control measures for equipment including printers and CR/DR readers as needed.
• Process and quality-assure images in preparation for review by the Radiologist.
• Maintain and clean radiographic and non-radiographic equipment.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with Quality Control standards.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care and clear instructions throughout the exam process.
• Maintain ethical conduct in accordance with ARRT standards and HRA policies.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and all clinical and administrative staff
