An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join their Imaging Services Department. This role involves performing a variety of imaging procedures, including CT scans and x-rays, to support patient diagnosis and treatment. What you need to know about this position:
Broad Imaging Services Department, which performs an average of 80,000 exams per year and offering CT Scan, MRI, PET Scan, Ultra Sound, Nuclear Medicine and all digital X-Ray.
Our Imaging Services Department supports Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Departments.
Provides healthcare services applying x-ray energy and computer processing techniques to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Performs computed tomography and related procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
The base hourly rate for this position is $31.97. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience and does include shift differentials and premium pay as applicable. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
The day, 8-hour shift, PRN position, is not benefit-eligible but offers a premium for hours worked, and the scheduled hours depend on the needs of the department and our patients.
What is required for this position:
The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and push or pull; must regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs, occasionally lift and/or move more than 100lbs.
