Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Radiography registration required.
• WI-DSPS radiographer license required for Wisconsin.
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois.
• Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures and related duties.
• Corroborates patient history with procedure and ensures documentation for radiologist.
• Prepares and positions patient for procedures; provides instructions to optimize results.
• Operates imaging equipment and selects exposure factors.
• Reviews images for quality and proper identification; submits data for interpretation.
• Provides instruction for radiography students and partners.
