Job summary

The Hughston Clinic in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist physicians and staff in producing high quality radiographs. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, and the role requires the ability to position patients, use radiographic techniques, and support imaging workflows.

The successful candidate will have completed an accredited radiologic technology program, be eligible for state licensure, and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited two-year radiologic technology program.
• Completion of coursework required for appropriate state licensure and certification (if applicable).
• BLS certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Take X-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
• Assist patients in positioning and lifting as needed.
• Operate radiology equipment and ensure it is maintained and stocked.
• Prepare and train student technologists as needed.
• Import and upload outside CDs for clinic.
