Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Pittsburgh center. You will perform routine x-ray examinations under supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort while delivering quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating radiologic equipment, maintaining equipment, and documenting procedures. This role requires ARRT certification, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma or higher; DOT/Non-DOT duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with state certification.
• ARRT registration with active certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and escort to x-ray rooms; position and instruct patients.
• Operate radiologic equipment and set exposure per exam specifications.
• Apply radiation safety measures for patient and staff safety.
• Ensure radiology equipment remains functional; report malfunctions.
• Maintain radiology workflows and ensure reports cross to EMR correctly.
• Document x-ray visits and maintain QA records.
• Calibrate and maintain x-ray equipment; keep records per policy.
