Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist in Hillsboro, OR. This full-time role involves performing routine x-ray exams under supervision and supporting medical and front-office tasks to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflow.

The position includes a bonus up to $2,500 and requires ARRT certification, medical assisting experience, and DOT/non-DOT testing capabilities. The facility emphasizes patient safety and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as listed: high school diploma or GED; accredited radiologic technology program; active ARRT certification; state certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• At least six months of medical assistant experience; knowledge of medical terminology.
• Occupational medicine knowledge is preferred; prior medical office or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist with positioning, safety and comfort.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images and ensure exposure settings meet exam specifications.
• Maintain radiation safety measures and protect patients and staff.
• Ensure radiology workflows and EMR cross-references are accurate and documented.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing as needed.
