Job summary

Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (RT Mobile) to perform diagnostic radiography across multiple centers in the NYC/Long Island region. You will work under Medical Providers, ensuring accurate imaging and timely reporting of results while supporting patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role requires ARRT registration, state licensure, BLS certification, and willingness to travel between GoHealth Urgent Care centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program required.
• BLS certification; ARRT registration; state licensure; valid driver’s license.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• RT Flex/Mobile: travels between locations during the workday.
• MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for x-ray services as needed.
• Under the clinical direction of the Medical Provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly.
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use.
• Will need to push patient in a wheelchair.
• Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain QA/QC logs for equipment; troubleshoot breakdowns; perform preventive maintenance; submit repair tickets as needed.

• Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience/mobile)
• Monthly Bonus: This position offers monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (for full-time positions)
• PTO: 25 days in your first year

Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of our patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for patients, including performing patient x‑rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. In a collaborative manner, the RT will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (required) Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)
• Certifications (Required at Time of Hire): Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire (obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required. Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required. Valid State Driver’s License
• Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred.
• RT Flex/Mobile: Travels between locations during the workday while on the clock.
• MVR Required.
